ACCED-I MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Institutional Membership - Any college or university is eligible for an Institutional Membership, with the privilege of three (3) individual voting representatives and one (1) student representative from the institution. Additional voting representatives may be added for an additional US $100 fee. Additional student representatives may be added for an additional $50 fee.

Institutional Membership fee - $645* Annually (Fiscal Year: July 1 - June 30) - up to three representatives and one student representative)
Additional Representatives - $100* each
Additional Student Representatives - $50* each

* Dues are prorated quarterly: July - September 100%, October - December 75%, January - March 50%, April - June - 15 months for 12 month price. If you do not wish to take your prorated discount, (if appropriate) a dues credit will not be issued.

Institutional Membership are completely transferable. While only registered representatives have voting rights and access to ACCED-I resources, any employee of an ACCED-I Institutional Member may attend an ACCED-I Annual Conference, workshop or other educational activity at the member registration rate.

Member individuals leaving organizations may request to continue to receive basic services (access to LISTERVs and newsletters) without voting privileges until the end of the membership year.

Replacement: If any designated member leaves the organization that paid for the membership, the organization can assign a new person to take over the membership.

Dues must be paid in full within 60 days (after ACCED-I has received the membership application) or membership will be suspended. Please Note: A purchase order does not constitute payment in full. Enclosing your dues payment with your membership application allows no interruption in member benefits.

ACCED-I dues are not deductible as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes but may be partially deductible as a business expense.
