Corporate Corner:
Ungerboeck Systems, International

Ungerboeck Systems, International (USI), was founded in 1985 on the strength of Dieter Ungerboeck’s experience in directing the international system framework of a Fortune-500 corporation, and realizing the huge productivity gains attainable from three-dimensional systems integration: among departments, with suppliers and customers, and with consumers.
After five years of rapid growth, awards, and several highly successful projects in the events industry, USI embarked in 1990 on developing a comprehensive and seamlessly integrated Event Business Management System (EBMS) to serve all sectors of the events industry: event organizers, venues, contractors, and CVBs, and to enable the data interchange among them.
Today, EBMS includes thirty seamlessly integrated modules, covering the entire business spectrum … from Marketing and CRM, to Booking, Event Planning & Budgeting, Service & Work Orders, Workforce Scheduling, Procurement, Inventory, Operations, CAD, Speaker Management, Registration & Housing, Audience Participation, General Accounting and Financial Analysis, and Document Management, all built from the same mold by a single team of talented software engineers.
