Hotel Rate: Deluxe room is: $140 single/double, $150 triple, $160 quad. Executive Suite is: $160 single/double, $170 triple, $180 quad.

ACCED-I has reserved a block of rooms at the Galt House Hotel & Suites for conference participants. The ACCED-I room block is being held until February 24th. Check in time is 3:00 p.m., and check out time is 11:00 a.m.

American Airlines is offering attendees 5% off the lowest applicable eligible published air fare and is valid March 18 – 26, 2010 for travel to Louisville, KY. Go to www.AA.com for more information and to book a flight. Use promotion code 9330AQ when making your reservation.  

Reservations may also be made via telephone. Please advise attendees to call our Meeting Services Desk at 1-800-433-1790 from anywhere in the United States or Canada and refer to your Promotion Code. There will be a separate ticketing charge of $20.00 USD per ticket for tickets purchased via the phone or $30.00 USD per ticket for tickets purchased at the airport.  This amount is subject to change.
