*Web Conferences are scheduled for 1 ½ hours on Tuesdays beginning at 2:00 PM Eastern, 1:00 PM Central, 12:00 PM Mountain, 11:00 AM Pacific.
Registration
- The registration fee per web conference is $49.95 for members, $69.95 for non-members (Non-members at member institutions will receive the member fee).
- Registration is available online or by fax
- Cancellations must be received in writing in the ACCED-I office seven (7) business days prior to the event to qualify for a refund less a $15 administrative fee. No refunds will be given six (6) business days or less prior to the web conference
- Replacements are always welcomed.

How the Web Conferences Work
- Prior to the event, registrants will receive an email with the toll-free phone number, website address and access code information to connect them to the presenter’s power point presentation and conference call line.
- ACCED-I staff will be present to act as moderator. There will be specific time designated for questions/answers.
