Individual
Any individual personally or professionally involved in the field of collegiate conference and events management.
Institutional
Any college or university is eligible for an Institutional Membership with the privilege of three (3) individual voting representatives from the institution. Additional representatives may be added for an additional fee.
Corporate
Any business/corporation/company in the field of conference and events management with the privilege of three (3) representatives with one (1) voting member.
Associate
Any non-profit association or organization, other than an institution of higher education, is eligible for an Associate Membership. The membership has the privilege of two (2) individual representatives from the organization.
Student
Any full-time matriculating undergraduate or graduate student in good standing with his/her institution shall be eligible for a Student Membership.

Individual Membership

Any individual personally or professionally involved in the field of collegiate conference and events management is eligible for an Individual Membership and the privilege of one (1) voting member.

Individual Memberships are transferable if the institution pays for the membership. Only the individual listed may receive ACCED-I benefits and discounts.

Individual Membership fee - $300.00* Annually (Fiscal Year: July 1 - June 30)
* Dues are prorated quarterly: July - September 100%, October - December 75%, January - March 50%, April - June - 15 months for 12 month price. If you do not wish to take your prorated discount, (if appropriate) a dues credit will not be issued.

Institutional Membership

Any college or university is eligible for an Institutional Membership, with the privilege of three (3) individual voting representatives and one (1) student representative from the institution. Additional voting representatives may be added for an additional fee of $100.00 each. Additional student representatives may be added for an additional fee of $50.00 each.

Institutional Memberships are completely transferable. While only the registered representatives have voting rights and access to ACCED-I resources, any employee of an ACCED-I Institutional Member may attend an ACCED-I Annual Conference, workshop, or other educational activity at the member registration rate.

Institutional Membership fee - $645* Annually (Fiscal Year: July 1 - June 30) - up to three representatives and one student representative)
Additional Representatives - $100* each
Additional Student Representatives - $50* each

Associate Membership

Any non-profit association or organization, other than an institution of higher education, is eligible for an Associate Membership. Associate Members do NOT have voting privileges, nor the right to be elected to the Board of Directors, but do have access to all resources of ACCED-I available to members in good standing. The membership has the privilege of two (2) individual representatives from the organization.

Associate Membership fee - $475* Annually (Fiscal Year: July 1 - June 30)
* Dues are prorated quarterly: July - September 100%, October - December 75%, January - March 50%, April - June - 15 months for 12 month price. If you do not wish to take your prorated discount, (if appropriate) a dues credit will not be issued.
