Renew Your ACCED-I Membership Online

INDIVIDUALS

1. Log onto the website with your individual membership login and password
2. You will see your name in the profile box, directly under your name will be "e-billing reminder", click on this link.
3. You will see the amount of your dues.  Click the "add to basket" button.
4. Click the "check out" button and enter in your Visa or MasterCard information
5. You will receive a confirmation email showing payment of dues in full. 
6. You will receive a receipt via email from our office once payment is processed.  The original receipt will be mailed with your membership renewal information.
 
INSTITUTIONS

1. Log onto the website with your institution's membership login and password, not as any individual on the membership. 
2. You will see the institutions ID number in the profile box, directly under that number will be "e-billing reminder", click on this link.
3. You will see the amount of your dues.  Click the "add to basket" button.
4. Click the "check out" button and enter in your Visa or MasterCard information
5. You will receive an error message that a confirmation cannot be sent, this is OK.  This happens as the university does not have an email address on the account, as email addresses are attached to each member's record only.
6. The primary contact will receive a receipt via email from our office once payment is processed.  The original receipt will be mailed with the primary contact's membership renewal information.
7. If you need to make any roster changes (delete, add or change members) please submit them by email to diana.hakenholz@colostate.edu or by fax, (970)491-0667.
