GOVERNANCE The CCEP Ad Hoc Committee governs the CCEP program. The members of the CCEP Ad Hoc Committee are selected from the membership of the CCEP Advisory Council. The committee consists of three (3) to seven (7) members, with the chairperson appointed by the President. The purpose of the CCEP Ad Hoc Committee is to advise the Board of Directors on matters pertaining to the development, marketing, and oversight of the certification program. The CCEP Ad Hoc Committee is responsible for the continued development of essay questions to maintain a good inventory of questions that are appropriate, timely and challenging, and grading of the essay questions. The CCEP Advisory Council is comprised of Past Presidents and certified graduates. The chairperson of the CCEP Ad Hoc Committee also serves as the chairperson of the CCEP Advisory Council. The purpose of the Council is: The chairperson of the CCEP Ad Hoc Committee will furnish members of the CCEP Advisory Council with a copy of the semi-annual reports presented to the Board of Directors, which outline recent committee activities.
