The Integrated Marketing Plan: The Foundation for Sustaining and Increasing Revenue
Everyone has heard about the importance of marketing and sales plans. Most of us may even know what the most critical components of a plan might be. But how many really have a solid, well-written, researched integrated marketing and sales plan? Don't feel that you're the only one that doesn't. With the continued changing economic conditions, a good plan can help you weather most storms...and there will ALWAYS be market conditions that can negatively influence your business. This session will lead you through the sales and marketing funnel designed to aid in the process of building, writing and executing a marketing plan that can help you make good sales decisions to help you retain business in tough times and also create new revenue. Along with an introduction to each stage of the marketing and sales funnel, participants will be provided practical traditional and digital marketing strategies to employ to move potential customers through the funnel.
