Dee J. Kelly Alumni & Visitor’s Center at Texas Christian University to Expand
The Dee J. Kelly Alumni & Visitor’s Center at Texas Christian University is two short months away from Phase 1 of a new addition, doubling the size of the building to 45,000 square feet. Once the addition is completed at the end of May, the Alumni Relations department will move their offices to the new second story addition, leaving the new portion of level one for a new grand entrance and front desk area.
Phase two will consist of renovating the current offices and remainder of the building, except for the banquet hall. The existing space will be reconfigured into seven additional conference rooms seating between 20 and 50 attendees. This will free up our banquet hall for the larger events! This phase is expected to be completed by Thanksgiving 2018.
