MEET, GREET and OFF to EAT

Saturday, March 25, from 5:30-7pm

Meet Greet and Off to Eat is the only way to start off the ACCED-I 37th Annual Conference with your best foot forward. Socialize with the greatest event planners in the country over the best food Disney has to offer!

Join one of four groups in the hotel lobby at 4:30pm to walk from the hotel to Bongos, Paradiso 37, Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant, or Wolfgang Puck for dinner and networking. Reservations are Saturday, March 25, at 5:30pm and limited seats are available. Email Hannah Uram (HUram@seattletech.com) to reserve your seat at the table. You don’t want to miss this!

Want to explore one of the Disney Parks before or after the conference, or during your free time Monday night? Conference attendees can purchase tickets at a discounted rate.

 

Walt Disney World Theme Park Ticket prices changed for 2017, however, they are pleased to be able to provide you with a "Grace Period" if you would like to purchase your Disney tickets at 2016 prices until Saturday March 11th 4 PM EST.  After this date, the new ticket offers and pricing will go into effect.
