According to Wegner, McDermott and Snyder, “a Community of Practice is a group of people who share a common concern, a set of problems, or interest in a topic and who comes together to fulfill both individual and group goals." ACCED-I uses CoP in a manner similar to the ACCED-I LISTSERV – a place where people can ask questions of the membership and hopefully engage in conversation(s) to become more efficient, better educated and perform at a higher level as a professional. It is a great opportunity to network and work towards solutions and process improvements. Login and join today!
