Governance
The CCEP Action Team governs the CCEP program. The members of the CCEP Action Team are selected from the membership of individuals holding the CCEP designation. The action team consists of three (3) to seven (7) members, with the chair appointed by the ACCED-I Board of Directors President. The purpose of the CCEP Action Team is to advise the Board of Directors on matters pertaining to the development, marketing, and oversight of the certification program. The CCEP Action Team is responsible for the continued development of essay questions to maintain a good inventory of questions that are appropriate, timely and challenging, and managing the grading of the essay questions. In addition, professionals holding the CCEP designation may be called upon to:
- Ensure continuity, historic perspective and the experience and wisdom of those involved in overseeing the program and;
- Serve as a pool to draw volunteers for special projects and tasks, including the grading of workbooks and drafting essay questions and;
- To serve as a pool to draw CCEP Action Team members.
