The Association of Collegiate Conference and Events Directors-International (ACCED-I) is accepting nominations for one vacant position on the Board of Directors. The position will be filled through appointment by the Board of Directors.

The ACCED-I Board of Directors plays a vital role in guiding the strategic vision and direction of the Association. Board members provide leadership and make key decisions that support the growth of the collegiate conference and events profession. Their dedication ensures ACCED-I continues to serve its members with excellence, innovation, and integrity. ACCED-I is seeking nominations for: 

• One Board of Directors position to serve a term through March 2027

How to Submit a Nomination

Nominees should complete the nomination form and submit the following to ACCED-I to be included in the candidate profile:

• A personal statement (500 words or fewer) explaining why they wish to serve on the Board and what skills or expertise they bring.
• An electronic headshot (approximately 2" x 2") in JPEG or PNG format with good clarity.

Nomination Guidelines

• Self-nominations are welcome.
• Nominators must confirm that nominees meet the eligibility requirements and are willing to serve. Please obtain the nominee’s consent before submitting their nomination.

Nominations must be received by the ACCED-I office no later than July 31 at 5:00 p.m. MT.
