The Customer Service Educational Forum on November 2-3, 2017 at Loyola University Chicago offers collegiate conference and event professionals an in depth look at customer service issues including:
- Keynote address - Super Serviceā„¢ - Seven Keys to Delivering Great Customer Service: Even When You Don't Feel Like It...Even When They Don't Deserve It!
- Strategies for Delivering Exceptional Service (For Staff, Students, and Beyond!)
- Packaging and Branding to Manage Client Expectations
- Customer Focus - Building a Customer-Centered Culture
In addition to the keynote and module topics, attendees will have the opportunity to have informal conversations in roundtable format to discuss module topics from earlier that day during the Ignite Session. The Forum will conclude with Presenter Q&A where attendees will have the chance to ask additional questions and/or discuss in depth the methodology of all modules previously presented.
Register before October 6th and the registration is just $325 for ACCED-I members and $375 for nonmembers.
