Warren Brown to Present Keynote at Contracts & Negotiations Forum

Warren Brown, Nashville Sales Training LLC,  to present keynote address "Negotiation as a Form of Communication" at the Contracts and Negotiations Educational Forum December 7-8 at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.

Nashville Sales Training will lead a discussion focused on random communication principles that can significantly impact a contract negotiation.  A successful negotiation is a successful conversation.  We will explore the steps to assure a good start to any negotiation process and how to come to mutual consent.  Three elements of communication and their importance, spoken words, body language and tonality will be addressed and how they are used to move negotiations forward.  Lastly, we will review questioning strategies you may encounter and how to use those to your benefit.
