Time is running out, but there is still time to register for the Contracts & Negotiations Educational Forum at Vanderbilt University on December 7 - 8.
The Keynote address is Negotiation as a Form of Communication, presented by Warren Brown, Nashville Sales Training LLC. The presentation will focus on random communication principles that can significantly impact a contract negotiation. A successful negotiation is a successful conversation. We will explore the steps to assure a good start to any negotiation process and how to come to mutual consent. Three elements of communication and their importance, spoken words, body language and tonality will be addressed and how they are used to move negotiations forward. Lastly, we will review questioning strategies you may encounter and how to use those to your benefit.
