This award recognizes outstanding work by a new professional to the collegiate conference and events field.
Requirements Include:

• Nominations may include but are not limited to: innovative programming, development of new approaches/policies/procedures, significant contributions to the institution, etc.   
• Individuals nominated must have been in the profession no longer than three (3) years
• Years of service include only post-graduate work experience. Employment as a student worker, graduate assistant, or intern will not be considered for this award
• Any qualified ACCED-I member in good standing may be considered for this award
• Current board members are ineligible for award
