The Outstanding New Conference and Events Professional Award recognizes exceptional contributions by a new professional in the collegiate conference and events field. This award celebrates emerging leaders who demonstrate innovation, initiative, and meaningful impact early in their careers.

Recognize outstanding achievements across the ACCED-I community. Nominations are due November 30.
Nominations may include, but are not limited to:
- Innovative programming or event initiatives
- Development of new approaches, policies, or procedures
- Significant contributions to their institution or department
Eligibility Requirements:
- Nominees must have no more than three (3) years of professional experience in the collegiate conference and events profession
- Years of service include only post-graduate professional work experience; time served as a student worker, graduate assistant, or intern will not be considered
- Nominees must be current ACCED-I members in good standing
- Current ACCED-I Board members are not eligible for consideration for this award
