Colorado College hosts Drive-In event!
The Region 1 Drive-In hosted by Colorado College in Colorado Springs, CO was a huge success! Members from four different institutions gathered to attend this full day of learning and networking, listening to engaging speakers on customer service, emergency protocols, and student protests followed by a walking tour, lunch and a discussion on software.

California State University Maritime Academy Honored with JCRC Outstanding Community Partnership Award
California State University Maritime Academy was honored with the JCRC Outstanding Community Partnership Award for their partnership with URJ Camp Newman; hosting over 1,400 of their campers on campus after the Tubbs Fire of Northern California destroyed URJ Camp Newman’s grounds.
Twenty-two people gathered together at Cal State University, Fullerton on Fri. Jan 11th to discuss hosting high profile events on campus – another great Region 1 Drive-In!
In October 2017, a Cal State Fullerton student organization hosted controversial speaker, Milo Yiannopoulos on campus. Attendees at the Drive-In learned from CSUF employees about the steps they took to plan for the event, how they educated the general university population on free speech, and heard their tips for facilitating high profile events on campus.
