Submit an RFP for your next event to participating ACCED-I member campuses using the form below. The request will be sent to participating campuses and if they are able to accommodate your request you will receive a proposal. Please submit your request at least 4-6 weeks prior to the event.

One-Stop Shop Certified Institutions
A certified One-Stop Shop operation provides the most effective planning atmosphere to successfully stage a collegiate conference or event.
Certification assures all parties offer the following:
- One contact through which a planner may secure all university services
- One contract that covers all services the planner will receive from the university
- One bill (itemized) for all services provided by the university
