The Patrick Perfetto Volunteer of the Year Award recognizes an ACCED-I member who contributes time and talent to the Association at the regional and/or international level, and/or to the ACCED-I Office to significantly add value to the Association, its program, and its services in the past year. The emphasis is on service rather than achievement.
