Interested in helping shape the hospitality experience for the ACCED-I 47th Annual Conference? Join the Hospitality Committee planning meeting to collaborate on ideas, tour event spaces, and begin planning networking and hospitality experiences for next year’s conference. Current Hospitality Committee members, along with anyone interested in getting involved, are encouraged to participate.

The Annual Conference Hospitality Committee Planning Meeting will take place August 13-14 at Hilton Norfolk The Main in Norfolk, Virginia. Please complete the form below to confirm your participation in the planning meeting.

​ACCED-I will provide an afternoon break on Thursday and a morning break on Friday. Attendees are responsible for all other expenses, including travel, lodging, and meals.

A hotel reservation link is included below for attendees who wish to stay at Hilton Norfolk The Main. To receive the discounted group rate, reservations must be made by July 16. Please make your reservation directly with the hotel using the booking link provided.
