Virtual Sessions

The ACCED-I Virtual Education Series and the ACCED-I Webinars provides an in-depth look at important issues and challenges facing the collegiate conference and events industry. Participants will discover strategies and solutions that can be implemented at their own institutions.
Session Format Sessions are comprised of 75-90 minute sessions related to a topic of interest in collegiate event management. Annual Conference Session Format Special Interest Session 60-minute traditional presentation. Sessions should be presented as a flexible model that can be adapted to any institution. However, we will accept a few institutional case studies. If you are submitting a case study, please designate it as such. • If you will be submitting a panel presentation, no more than four presenters will be accepted.* Corporate members must exhibit at the Annual Conference in order to present. Presenter Tips Here are some helpful tips for presenters > View You do not need to have a formal PowerPoint for presentation. However, if you have specific items you wish to prepare or bring (samples of materials, contracts, documents, photographs, etc.) you will need to send those to Diana at [email protected] in advance to be uploaded into the platform as a handout. All PowerPoints will also be uploaded in notes format to the platform. Presentation Template - PowerPoint A PowerPoint template will be available for use in your ACCED-I 47th Annual Conference presentation. If you are using software other than PowerPoint, please include the Annual Conference logo somewhere in your presentation.
